Keeping SafiriWay safe, professional and respectful for everyone.
SafiriWay connects cargo owners and drivers to make logistics simpler. To maintain a trusted marketplace, we ask all users to follow these guidelines when using the platform and communicating with others.
1. Be Respectful
Treat every member of the Nabeba community with courtesy and professionalism.
Use respectful language.
Be honest in your communication.
Avoid abusive, offensive, threatening, or discriminatory remarks.
Respect differences of opinion during negotiations.
Communicate professionally when problems or delays occur.
2. Use Chat for Shipment Communication
Nabeba’s in-app communication tools are intended primarily for conversations related to shipments and logistics services.
Examples include:
Asking about pickup times
Confirming pickup or delivery locations
Negotiating transport offers
Sharing shipment updates
Coordinating delivery or handover
Reporting delays
Clarifying cargo requirements
Avoid spam, unsolicited advertising, or unrelated conversations.
3. No Harassment
Nabeba does not tolerate:
Threats
Harassment
Bullying
Hate speech
Intimidation
Discriminatory behavior
Repeated unwanted messages
Abusive or threatening conduct toward customers, drivers, riders, employees, agents, or partners
Users who violate these rules may have their access restricted, suspended, or terminated.
4. No Fraud, Scams or Deception
Do not:
Misrepresent your identity, business, vehicle, or qualifications
Post fake shipments
Submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading offers
Provide false shipment information
Attempt to deceive another user or logistics provider
Manipulate delivery, pickup, payment, or tracking records
Use Nabeba to transport stolen, prohibited, or unlawfully obtained goods
Attempt to bypass required platform processes for fraudulent purposes
Honest information helps protect everyone using Nabeba.
5. Protect Your Privacy and Security
Never share sensitive information unnecessarily, including:
Passwords
Bank PINs
One-time passwords (OTPs)
Verification codes
Full payment card credentials
Account security information
Only provide personal or business information that is reasonably necessary to arrange and complete a shipment.
If you receive a suspicious request for sensitive information, do not provide it and report the incident to Nabeba.
6. Provide Accurate Shipment Information
Cargo owners, merchants, and businesses should provide accurate information about their shipments.
This includes, where applicable:
Pickup location
Delivery destination
Recipient information
Cargo description
Weight and dimensions
Quantity
Handling requirements
Declared value
Pickup schedule
Relevant restrictions or special requirements
Do not intentionally conceal information that could affect transportation, pricing, safety, or legal compliance.
7. Respect Agreements
Before accepting or confirming a shipment, users and transport providers should understand the relevant details, including:
Pickup location
Delivery destination
Cargo details
Pricing
Pickup schedule
Delivery expectations
Special handling requirements
Once a shipment or transport offer has been accepted, everyone involved should make reasonable efforts to fulfil their commitments.
If circumstances change, communicate as early as possible.
8. Handle Cargo Responsibly
Drivers, riders, transport companies, agents, and logistics partners should handle shipments with reasonable care.
Transport providers should:
Use appropriate vehicles for the cargo being transported.
Follow applicable safety requirements.
Protect shipments from avoidable loss or damage.
Follow required pickup, scanning, handover, and delivery procedures.
Keep cargo secure while it is in their custody.
Report accidents, damage, loss, or other incidents promptly.
Where Nabeba uses QR codes, photographs, signatures, or other digital custody records, users should not manipulate or falsify those records.
9. Keep the Platform Fair
Drivers, riders, and transport providers should:
Submit realistic and genuine offers.
Provide accurate information about their vehicles and capabilities.
Arrive at agreed pickup locations within a reasonable time.
Communicate delays promptly.
Avoid accepting shipments they cannot reasonably complete.
Cargo owners, merchants, and businesses should:
Provide accurate shipment information.
Be available for agreed pickups where required.
Respond to important shipment communications.
Avoid unreasonable cancellations after confirming transportation.
Treat drivers, riders, agents, and transport partners respectfully.
10. Follow Pickup and Handover Procedures
Some Nabeba shipments may pass through multiple people or locations, including riders, drivers, transport company offices, agents, warehouses, or other logistics partners.
Where Nabeba requires a shipment to be scanned, photographed, signed for, or otherwise digitally recorded during a handover, users should follow the required procedure.
Never falsely confirm that a shipment has been received, transferred, or delivered.
11. Prohibited and Dangerous Goods
Do not knowingly use Nabeba to transport goods that are illegal or prohibited.
Users must accurately disclose goods that may require special handling, documentation, permits, or transportation conditions.
Nabeba or participating transport providers may refuse shipments that present legal, safety, security, or operational concerns.
12. Report Misconduct and Incidents
If another user behaves inappropriately, attempts fraud, violates these Guidelines, or creates a safety concern, report the incident through Nabeba or contact our support team.
You should also report significant shipment incidents such as:
Missing cargo
Damaged goods
Suspected theft
Fraud
Serious disputes
Suspicious account activity
Safety incidents
Nabeba may investigate reported incidents and take appropriate action.
13. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity performed through your Nabeba account.
Please:
Keep your login credentials secure.
Do not share verification codes or passwords.
Do not allow unauthorized people to use your account.
Keep your contact and profile information reasonably current.
Notify Nabeba if you suspect unauthorized access.
Businesses and transport companies should also manage employee and driver access responsibly.
14. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Nabeba may take actions including:
Issuing a warning
Removing inappropriate content
Restricting communication features
Cancelling or restricting access to certain services
Requiring additional verification
Temporarily suspending an account
Permanently terminating an account
Restricting a driver, business, transport company, or other provider from participating on the platform
Serious suspected illegal activity may also be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
